Munich/Nymphenburg Palace

We decided to do the hop on/hop off bus in Munich. Fist stop was the Nymphenberg Palace.  More Prussian opulence.
Here is Ed.
The guy who built it Ludwig I wanted to emulate Louis XIV.  Doesn't this look like Versailles?

This is Ludwig II. He was born here.
This is Lidwig I's "wall of beauties."  He would go around his kingdom looking for beautiful women and when he found one he'd say:  want your portrait painted and hung in the royal palace?  Great line huh?
This is some of the royal family.
One of many crystal chandeliers.
