Hey, I don't know. Apparently, he's a local guy who knows what he's doing with restaurants. In any event, it was a lovely place. What they do is pack everyone into those teeny little tables along the wall, and everyone starts talking to their neighbors, and everyone is happy! It actually worked. The presentation was quite exquisite and the food was good. So there you go!
