Wave Hill is a 28 acre estate overlooking the Hudson River in Riverdale, NY that was given to New York City by a philathropist in the 60s. It has been turned into a magnificent series of gardens. It also has a signature chair. We took the 1 train uptown to the end of the line, which is 242nd Street. A shuttle from Wave Hill picked us up and took us to the garden. The entire trip takes 45 minutes.
