Friday Night at the Whitney and Dinner at the Carlyle Hotel

The Whitney was a mad scene because some rock group that appealed to young people was performing. Also, only a small amount of their permanent collection was on view. It's a beautiful building, and there was one Rothko and this spider, but their agenda is not for me. Dinner at the Carlyle was unbelievable. It was the most sparkling, beautiful hotel I have ever seen. I can't imagine this kind of life.
