A Day in Rouen

This is their very old famous cathedral which was bombed by the Germans in 1944.
This is the town clock.
This is Joan of Arc. She has a new modern beautiful church because her church was destroyed in WWII.
Her new church is filled with stained glass windows that were salvaged from destroyed churches from all over France.

This is the tomb of Richard the Lionhearted which is in the big cathedral.

The Vikings invaded in the 800s.
