A brief visit to Vermont
After we left the Norman Rockwell Museum, we chose to take the "scenic route" (Route 7) a two lane road thru Vermont. By the time we reached Burlington, it was definitely the end of the day. The next day, however, we were ready to go and see Lake Champlain.
This is the yacht club. It was a dreery, cold day.
This is where the University of Vermont is. It was a very nice city.
We drove on to Montpelier (the capitol) for lunch.
Another shot of Lake Champlain.
This is the Mexican restaurant where we had lunch in Montpelier (also a trash can).
Ed wanted me to send this twig art to Twila.
