Shots of San Francisco

Approaching the Ferry Building.

Inside the Ferry Building. It took me 2 days to solve the mystery but I now know that this part of San Francisco was created after the 1989 earthquack when the Embarcadero freeway was demolished. In its place they created a huge tourist attraction, part of which is the Ferry Building. We went there on Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend and the crush of people was overwhelming. It's a huge building with all kinds of wonderful food shops from pastries to candies to fruit, everything.

Walker told us not to miss this restaurant which is also in the Ferry Building. It's impossible to get a reservation at this place over the phone but if you are there in person they will give you one.

A very nice restaurant.

Another shot of the many shops.

Water, water everywhere.
