The Zugspitz

UAfter we left Lindhof a helpful person told us to take a "scenic road" which brought us to this Alpine lake in Austria called the Plansee. People camping right on the lakeside out of their cars. 

Then after lunch we took the cable car to the top of the Zugspitz, the highest mountain in Germany. We went up from the Austrian side and the guy who drove the car told us the Austrians highest peak is twice that of the Germans.

That gold cross is the top.
