The next building over from Water Tower Place on Michigan Avenue (the Magnificent Mile) is The Prudential Building which is 100 stories tall. There's an observation deck close to the top but it's pricey so why not stop for lunch just one floor below? The food was good.
The guidebooks will tell you: the best view is from the Ladies' Room and it's true!
On Sunday, the only thing to eat in the dining room is the seafood buffet for $45 per. We opted to get a sandwich in the bar which was great.
